It wasn’t until I started my own family, that I found my passion and niche of family photography and children’s photography. There is something about all of the details and nuances of these little people, expressions and mannerisms that they will soon outgrow and we will too soon forget, that I love to capture in family photography. 

For that reason, my style is natural, candid, lifestyle photography.  Bend and Central Oregon offer countless outdoor locations that are perfect for family photography.  Many of my clients either opt for an in-home lifestyle session or already have the perfect outdoor location in mind.  In a pre-photoshoot consultation I like to learn from my clients what is fun and unique about their family, what they love to do on a typical Saturday, and allow those conversations to help determine the best location for their family photography session.
